Based on the competitive intelligence we collect, we build a high-level view of the top 3 strengths and weaknesses found in both the likely competitors  we discovered. We also run the client through the same analysis and determine where they also have those top 3 strengths and weaknesses. The outcome provides a snapshot into the competitive landscape and where the client fits in, or doesn’t.

In addition to building RFP-specific dossiers on the competition, our Competitive Intel work is also powered by broader efforts like our OASIS+ Awardee Competitive Database—a living tool tracking awardees, teaming trends, capabilities, and performance dynamics across domains.

While that tracker is currently internal, it’s a key part of how we deliver rapid insight to clients targeting OASIS+ task orders — and it reflects our long-term investment in actionable intelligence. In the future, we intend to extend the databases to clients for direct use.
