What we do
Many larger, more complex solicitations are moving to the Highest Technically Rated Offeror (HTRO) model, which uses scoring to determine the winner(s). The government-provided scoring worksheet is designed to apply scoring factors to determine your overall score. However, when determining which past performance, scoring factor, or combination of factors (yours and/or teammates) provides the highest likelihood of winning, the government version falls short. Luckily, we have a solution.
At Kinetic, we have developed a process for creating a scoring model that allows you to easily rack and stack your work samples and calculate the best combination to reach the highest score. With our models, you can input all work samples and select multiple combinations, dialing in the best option. This is incredibly useful when determining which teammate work sample to use with your best internal work samples.
These models are also useful for creating the best scoring combination to offer a prime. Going into negotiations with a clear understanding of your ability to assist the prime gives you a significant advantage. By aligning your work samples early in the process, you can reduce the time required for the prime to decide on your place and work share on the team.
