Few Have a Plan.<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-ec917b8 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"ec917b8\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">We just closed out a stellar quarter at Kinetic Wins\u2014new clients, new growth, new wins. But amid all the action, one new client stood out. Not because of their past performance or their leadership team (though those were solid). They impressed us because they had something rare in GovCon: a documented roadmap.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Not a list of vague goals. Not \u201cwe want to hit $50M in five years\u201d scribbled on a whiteboard. A real, working,\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/corpgov.law.harvard.edu\/2019\/03\/06\/driving-the-conversation-long-term-roadmaps-for-long-term-success\/#:~:text=Long%2Dterm%20Objectives:,gold%20standard%20for%20investor%20communications.&amp;text=For%20example%2C%20to%20ensure%20simplicity,the%20company%27s%20long%2Dterm%20objectives.\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">timeline-based roadmap<\/a>\u2014one that outlined where they are, where they want to go, and how they plan to get there.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">That\u2019s not something we encounter often. But it does have to exist.
